Alongside 'The Queen of Harps' Catrin Finch, this special concert showcases the talents of the Philharmonia's Principal Flute, Samuel Coles, in Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp. In the second half, the Jupiter Symphony, Mozart's last symphony and his most complex and dazzling. Composed in his so called Olympian key of C Major, the music bursts into a world of trumpets, drums and sparkling melodies.
