A programme of music for tenor and harp inspired by the legendary English tenor Peter Pears and his harp duo partner, Osian Ellis, who was a harp professor at the Academy from 1959 to 1989. The evening will be introduced by Robin Holloway, who composed The Noon’s Repose especially for the celebrated duo.

This performance is presented in tribute to tenor Tim Lawrence, recent graduate of the Academy, who died suddenly in December 2015.
