I am honoured to become President of the United Kingdom Harp Association following the tenure of the very distinguished harpist Elinor Bennett.
I joined the association as a student and have enjoyed watching it grow into a truly inclusive organisation representing all types of harps, harpists and enthusiasts from the United Kingdom and beyond.
Your membership makes it possible for the UKHA to sponsor events like the North London Harp Competition, give financial assistance to harp-related projects and support creative initiatives like the Emerging Artists Scheme.
Please send us your news for inclusion in the monthly email bulletin and HARP magazine. We all need audiences!
I’m very much looking forward to working with the Committee and excited to see what the next few years will bring to our association.
